Mike Myers was the man in the wheelchair selling tickets for us. He'd come from Second City, but I didn't know they had improv. Mike gave me the form and we were getting noticed on the cabaret circuit. We did sketches of kind of a story and scenes rather than stand up. People laughed this Canadian guy who was incredibly talented. And so that's basically how it started. As soon as you've done an improv workshop with Michael Jones or Desmond Jones - every day he would say 'Christian, see this day? You can do improvisation' Christian says: "I quite liked when things went roll on stage"
