The technique is called the lamplest. The first step of the lamp list making process, which in total takes 70 minutes, is to come up with a list of 40 employers and 40 minutes. Once we have that raw data in there, we can sort the list so that we can identify our top six based on data. We'll tweak that top six for our own intuition. once we have that top six identified, we initiate outreach to that top six simultaneouslyso that we are the bachelor in our own job search.
