Is There a Difference Between Modeling and Modeling?

As a nuclear advocate in Ontario, we have some great history to draw upon of a very rapid build out of candonuclear. But it's also an imperfect way of knowing and being able to predict. And so my bias is to be skeptical towards modeling. I'm one of the only pro-nuclear people he hasn't blocked on Twitter.
