The Functional Aspect of Meditation
i really like that your meditation apt is kind of more of a working ritual in practice, it's like you're al ready going to do these things. Instead of scrolling through social media or yer checking your email, or whatever, it is, like you can brush your teeth and do this. And i would say that if anybody could incorporate into their habits,. I think the functional aspect will actually draw more people to it. Youve seen an explosion because it such like movements involved with this meditation is so different anything else out there.
