Was It Mostly Infectious Disease?
Most of your time in the navy was spent as a doctor. Then you went on to do medical research for seven or eight years. That's really where i got my first scientific experience. And then after that, i went mostly full time in the laboratory with a small amount of medical work. When i practised, which i did until about five or few more years ago, it was all infectious disease.
