Is China Trying to Keep China Out of the World?

In terms of economically, they do suffer quite a bit intothe pushback by the west. But what they've done is that they've used there heft in the field. Two, kind of buildthese diplomatic relationships with other countries, developing countries which are in the need for technology accessibility. I think they'll continue to do that.
