How Do You Recognize That Moment
I think that we all recognize those moments right where we're like I'm so irritated right now. We feel that it might be hard to extract yourself from that moment but whenever it happens it happens sometimes it doesn't happen right. Sometimes it's like your shift's been over for four hours and you're like oh yeah everyone was trying their best then it's not that helpful. Yeah hey we're all trying our best right. That is one skill which is you recognize your being sort of swept or taken or you know there's the Buddhist idea here of this thing called shempa which is being pulled by a thought so you recognize it and then you have your systems to try to address it
