Jona: I'm looking for a reaction from you here to say that you can kind of give a little bit more lee way to hire some one, and they can learn on the job when they're all junior. But maybe you have less of a tolerance for like, acknowledge gaps as we get higher up,. i think it's more about how you are, what kind of experience you're bringing to the table. That is not something likely junior lovel engineers have exposure to. And so i'm looking for you to be a resource for the team to be able to lean on and learn from.
