Doctor white says that the problem that total depravity creates with regard to the incarnation is significant enough to a seminary trained theologian. Christ assumed human nature like us, in every respect. If we sit back and we say that jesus only had 90 % of our nature, then we are not redeemed. We are denying our redemption via the incarnation. And so the reformed spent their entire history ignoring the redemption that we have in christ's incarnation. They h've completely ignored it. As a result, they do not have cent response to this.
