A lot of people are chasing to be always happy and I think obviously it's good But also like know that there's gonna be ups and downs and that's just part of life And that's okay. For me I often say don't chase the happiness chase the peace as far as you're peaceful in the state You are in and you're not agitated enough that you actually don't feel at calm with yourself There are people who are angry and know that they are at calm because they have been wronged Something has happened.
