The Importance of Crisis in the United States

I think one of the big things that we've learned in the post-September 11 era is that there's a mindset that all we really need is a big crisis in the country unites. And I think what we have seen is in the days after September 11 that did seem to happen. But after Iraq war, Katrina, pandemic, Trump era, I think I don't think we have as much confidence that this is going to be the case again. There's something fundamentally broken about where we are here.
