The report goes into four areas where china has considerable leverage. And it knows it ands is sort of taking advantage of of a, let's say, lack o legal frameworks. One of these areas is quite similar, actually, to what happens in the belton road. So an investment by a chinese company in the us could be very, very well reported in china as a belton road investment - even though the us does not.
