Are You OK? That's the Most Important Thing
The most important thing to usk someone as are they ok? That's the most important thing. Just talk to me. What's what's going on for you? And i find that when you do that, nine times out of ten, somebody will say, hey, you know what? This is what'm going on for me. So i think that there can be those conversations a, the more complex, difficult conversations. Y i the old you know, you used to leave it at the door, but now you know,. But that's a great thing, because it's really nice that people bring their whole selves to work.
