There's no one thing that's going to do all the stuff, and spiritual practices are really important. Giving yourself healthy systems so that you can cope with the way that your brain works is superimportant. Eating well and exercising and moving your body also really important. And potentially, if you have a chemical balance, medication might be really important for you to. Sometimes things really help in a moment, they can change everything for us. You know, sometimes the asop really can.
