Amazon's Leverage to Change Terms

The only thing I think they have going for them is that this company, Lucid, they need to get an IPO. They are on a tight, tight timeline and they can't mess around too much. Like if they say no to the deal, what are they gonna do? The only thing that worries me is they have leverage to change the terms,. That is my- I've heard leverage to change terms that we never knew.
