The whole point of a funnel is you walk the customer by the hand, and you never let them go until they actually buy. You can build it yourself if you know a little bit about how to create web sites. Or you can use a tool like a click funnels or lead pages that are going to look similar to other people using that tool. So as you coulnd see, this is a procedure to show your customers by the hand what to do next. It's like a personal sales person for them to help them get what they need from your business.
