I think these are just as serious as any charge we're expecting to come if not more serious. The most serious charge that would be brought with respect to January 6th on the federal level is incitement to insurrection, which I think also has a 20-year maximum. We actually haven't seen this court rule on the admissibility of attorney-client privilege information under the crime fraud exception before the jury. Then there's a typical array of pretrial issues, which probably are going to be extra weird this time, because it's a weird defendant, a weird context.
