Is He Gonna Sell Tessla Stock?

The cynical view here is he can use testla stock as an h t m and sell down and finance part of that a 20 billion dollars of equity. At the price that it was announced, tesslas price has gone down, i think, 20 % over the past month. So market doesn't love the deal. I don't know if i a, you know, it must be such an interesting world view. Ret ah, it has, i've been lowered to day, but it's certainly at a high water mark. And so that definitely is the a the cynical view is that ultimately, like, that's where they're going with all this.
