The Axis-Mander and the Expansion of the Roman Empire
There is an obvious connection between some moments which have been far more fertile, and periods in which much, much less fertile. There has been a window in the Mediterranean area between Milatus to the expansion of the Roman Empire. It's not short, it's five centuries, half a millennium. Remarkably, half of the things we learned at school, in primary and middle school, which took long for humanity to derive were all developed there.
