According to logo theropy, there is three principal sources of meaning. The more that we one know what our passions are and to exorcise them, the more energy we get. For me, i have to go find some one on a daily basis that i can uplift. So therefore, in lifting others is part of the reason that, though the giving of those experiences to others is meaningful to me but i value learning and growth.
