Do You Need a Degree to Get a Job?

i probably paid a lot more money than i should have for the advanced degrees that i have right. But do i think i needed any of that to learn the skills that i've developed? Absolutely not. I like i would almost always have some one who does not have a college degree and can do the work that i'm asking them to do at a very high level. And they don't understand how to work with people who don't exactly check the box in the traditional way, right? Like, if weud think about efficiency, like with a hat grape,. Right? No, exactly.
