As people naturally move away from cities, youre going to see infra structure need to be invested in outside of those cities. Cities will start competing a bit more with each other than they currently have. There's extra incentives that certain places are ting now to say, hey, even if we don't have the perfect weather, or even if we're not in a city, you should come live here because we're literally going to pay you.
