i suppose my message for a long time has been about the mallable nature of memory. And i, and i bega bit basically, that's what i was learning even in the 19 seventies. The power of questions to influence not only the answer, but to actually change the memory of people. A lot of judges said, nothing, an awl. What ever be this for? Well, ye i mean, they had two ah reasons that they uttered for why they weren't going to allow this form of education,. This expert testimony. So, everybody knows. We don't need an expert to do the jury's job here.
