The Effects of Real-World Policies on Climate Change

Originally, this paper was not going to be about CCS. What we wanted to do was essentially create more realistic reference scenarios. And by doing that, we essentially ended up with two different sets of scenarios. One using actual real-world policies that are in place today and one using economy-wide carbon prices for 2030.
