Is Rishi Sunak a Good Prime Minister?

The noise is coming from sections of the establishment that I thought had been slightly pushed aside by the electorate. George Osborne seems to me to have become incredibly outspoken and even quite cocky over the past few weeks. But with Sunak, I just don't think he can return to pre-2016 Conservative politics because he's not an idiot. He will know that London, university towns, middle-class professionals, graduates, young zoomers are off the table two years from now.
