Andy: Good projects cana fits more of a narrative than a sing experiment. You'd be very frustrated if one of your projects would run exactly the way you predicted in the grand application rate five years earlier. Some people are really good at, i think, what you guys call tha day sciences. And they're just brilliant, ant doing experiments. Are technically fantastic. They do control e ste get data with large numbers. But then there's others who aren't cautious to go out into the unknown. For those kinds of people, you have to kind of push them to to do the night i amspetin and how could yo wat i thes ideas, and how could it work
