The russell has broken out of its trading range. Spent two consecutive weekly closes above final resistance. It's associated with a cross over in our trusty macd indicator that reflects newly positive intermediate termimentum. The pull back, we would assume, is going to provide an opportunity to add exposure ahead of what we think is bably some year and a sort of positive seasonality.
