Do You Have a Sourcing Advantage?

Sourcing is an interesting term. You have to do more work way in advance of finding that company relative to the industry knowledge, networking with CEOs and other executives who are in and around that industry or company. If you don't feel like you made the deal, then you probably are overpaying for an asset. Another way that deals get made not found is you actually position yourself relative to the seller counterparty as a partner.
