You're sincerely is reserved for formal situations, like if I got a letter from my employer and they said, Anna, you're going to be fired. So maybe if it were something like a communication with a specific legal department or legal organization, then it would be perfect. But if you want to come across as being warm and you want to build a connection with somebody, it might not be the best choice. You can say best, Anna, or best regards, Anna. They're all in the same kind of category.
