The Pain of Linux Formatting Your App
I was actually 20 years ago or so. I worked on an open source program on Linux, which it was a packaging tool for Linux specifically. It was trying to solve this problem of every distribution using its own system. The long tail of all the different formats is kind of expensive to support. Unless customers turn up and start saying, we want this, then that's going to remain a sort of a, you know, we have support for extra formats when we have time.
