How to Reduce Concentrated Poverty in the United States
If i'm a person living in one of these census tracts that has concentrated poverty, what's going to help me? I'm hearing you say that if my neighbors are moving out. People are leaving, there's disinvestment, and i'm continuing to decline. If we really want to tackle the poverty problem in the united states, one of things that we have to do is reduce the amount of concentrated poverty that we have. And statistically, there are really only two ways to do that.
