The New Aristocrat

The way forward probably depends on restoring this concept of the self generated elite. But certainly no true, virtuous elite is lying dormant for us to awake. So we will have to create a new one for ourselves. I think it likely they will ultimately be the celonel of a new aristocracy. We cannot limit our search to such people. On the other hand, maybe they are more than we think. After all, among the largest audiences for podcasts are blue collar workers and truck drivers.
