Introduction
The payroll protection plan is a 2020 government program available to businesses and organizations primarily in response to the economic damage done by COVID-19 slow down shutdowns and lock downs. What drew me into this issue was that many of the free market liberal organizations that I follow were debating the merits and demerits of accepting government funding. "I found myself dissatisfied overall with the public arguments that I didn't think a complete case had been made," he says.
