Transitioning Away From Short Distance Flights
Transitioning away from short distance flights and replacing them with high speed rail drastically reduce industry wide omissions. In france, th the legislature is on the verge of giving final approval to a law that would basely say you can't fly anywhere within the country that you could otherwise travel on a train in less than two and a half hours. But if you think about it, that actually is a relatively small part of the overall, you know, aviation market. For people thatr you know, want to fly across the country or across the ocean, there's really no alternative.
