Jiu Jitsu can be viewed as a very physical activity, right? We don't always need Jiu Jitsu to be a very physical exercise. When I started looking at Jiu Jitsu as more of a time for skill acquisition, it really helped my development and my learning because I wasn't looking for the hardest role or trying as hard as I can every single sparring round. That is a luxury that you simply will not find in a lot of other sports around the world. So if you are in any way interested in taking ownership of your own coaching journey, which you should be, then that's one of the best tools at your disposal.
