There's a whole big thing in this book about the how and if the sky and noble people are actually different, like as a species. The allomancy thing is it's a genetic trait that nobles will have sex with scah that they own or that they meet in the street. And then they're supposed to just kill them so that they don't have Mistborn kids because then the Mistborn kids can like rise up and like maybe lead a rebellion. It's like it's a controlled eugenics. Yes. There's some other eugenics stuff with another race called the Terrisman who are also have magical powers that are not allomancy and they are not allowed
