The Benefits of Nature Based Activities
It's not just the exposure to nature, but exercise and less polluted atmosphere. Studies show that when people do take part in a nature based activity they are better at concentrating. Students have shown that if you come back from a walk in nature your concentration is improved. The benefits do last - it can be sustained for longer periods of time.
