The Freedom to Sin Is Effectively Removed in Heaven
God couldn't just create heaven, de novo, without that pre-heavenly veil of free decision-making. It's also possible, I think the Christian might say, that in heaven, the freedom to sin is effectively removed. The God during this veil of decision-making has created us at a sort of distance where we are not overwhelmed by his glory and beauty and goodness. But for the blessed in heaven, then there is no possibility of falling away and doing evil.
