The Problem With Brett's Theory of Learning

Theory of IQ is not explanatory, and just a court about correlation between test results and intelligence. Popper's argument attempts to connect empirical phenomena in a non explanatory way with an alternative theory of learning which is itself non explanatory. All you're doing at this point is the modern scientific equivalent to a dark age Christians associating or correlating the presence of certain bodily fluids with things like seizures.
