How to Set a Meaningful Internal Boundary in Psychology
You can kind of tell when there's a problem, cause the interaction between you and the other person starts to feel uncomfortable. Sometimes what happens is a family therapus, like i work with e whole family,. Like, i'll be talking to one person, and then i talk with another person in the same am. Let's, let's just step back and and so to me, that's kind of meaningful internal boundary that makes a big difference. But if you're coming from a place of animosity towards each other, your thinkingis not very good, and you're not listening to your boundary. You have to use your common sense.
