I think it was about like three months into being in LA that I realized I needed to call it. Being a music video director for a living is not really a thing. Like the bigger the artists were, the more creative control they wanted and the less money they wanted to spend. So I just like, it felt like a job. And I never wanted it to be a job. But at the same time, I'm like super happy with where I'm at now.
