The Importance of Understanding the Context
If you want to make your building serving to that context, you should more or less analyze the context. You're not going to change it just by adding a modernist icon. No, that's no solution. So we studied the out in order in Rotterdam. From the 80s on, we bought a tremendous amount of old books. And we read a lot about it. Yeah. Like we had to be, but on the other hand, like you couldn't do traditional stuff. Well, you could do so, but nobody ever taught anything traditional. So it wouldn't even come up in your mind.
