Flexibility Is the Key to Increasing Flexibility in Dance

For most forms of dance, flexibility is extremely important. So what are some alternatives to overstretching and other unsafe practices in order to optimize and maximize flexibility? Well, flexibility is the key word here, because we want to be flexible. We don't want to force hyper mobility, right? And so when people say, you know, i want to work on stretching, that's different than saying, i Want to work on my flexibility. Any programm that's going to work with you on increasing your range of motion will work on your strength as well.
