The Water Companies Are Dysfunctional

Most of the water companies are owned by offshore investors. They're involved with these big private equity firms. The most infamous one is Macquarie, known in circles as the Vampire Kangaroo. Fagal Sharkey: These companies are completely out of control. Actually, we're going to start running out of water and all these diabolical emissions of sewage. No one's putting the money into the system that's required. And so, unfortunately, the taxpayer is getting screwed constantly.
