I see with a lot of endurance athletes that they have a hell of a time, and I'd say I'm even guilty of this to an extent. A lot of age groupers are either trying to do too much intensity or they're just going out, right, right, their bike or running,. swimming and sort of like this low intensity, ho-hum, it's not really creating much of a stimulus. So I tend to see those extremes or I'll see people who just do zero resistance training.
