Is There a Conspiracy?

I love how basically anything that happens if you're a conspiracy minded person, you could just say, Oh, well, of course. I will tell you the punchline is not turned out very well for not even court last,. You know, because like the first time someone tries some of this nonsense, don't they just go, yeah, anyway, you need to pay your speaking ticket? And it happens it. It's only the suckers who get caught and you can get around that, you know, by disputing the jurisdiction of the court.
