Do You Shadow Ban Based on Political Beliefs?

At Luke we are changed on there on Twitter but again 2020 Dave Rubin specifically was asking hey, are you guys shadow banning yes or no? Jack Dorsey responded and said no. They're justifying double speak by saying it's not a ban by Algorithm intake or your up flow.
