Bob is an influential IFS therapist with five decades of experience in a diverse set of healing modalities. He’s an international educator, author and an incredible human being. It’s always a privilege to chat with him.

In this conversation we discuss the power of healing in groups. Bob talks about his work with ecstatic dance, the importance of Spirit and community in healing, the IFS concept of Self as simultaneously particle and field, human porosity, ancestors, animist concepts of relationality and human beings as a living bridge between the spiritual and material worlds.
