20 years ago, 82% of all energy in the world was coming from fossil fuels. The share of renewables is gone from 8% to 11%. And the share of fossil fuel has fallen from 82% to 80%, remaining part being nuclear. If fusion is successful, you create infinite amount of energy with zero greenhouse gas emissions.
