People analytics teams help HR business and people leaders make data driven decisions to maximize employees potential and business results. There are a variety of career paths one can pursue in people analytics, including consulting, employee listening, data science and research roles. Some days requires me to work my project management muscles and lead the implementation of data sources into our people analytics system. Sometimes I'm laser focused on survey development and design or managing are always on an ad hoc surveys.
